Kenshoo Takes Entire 29th Floor at 80 Broad Street

NEW YORK—Kenshoo Inc., a provider of search marketing technology for advertisers and agencies worldwide, signed a new lease at 80 Broad Street, occupying approximately 10,210 rentable sq. ft.

The company will occupy the entire 29th floor at 80 Broad Street for a six-year term.

Hal Stein, Adam Leshowitz and Todd Stracci of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, while Ruth Colp-Haber of Wharton Property Advisors Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction.

80 Broad Street is a 417,000-sq.-foot office building located in Manhattan’s Financial District near Battery Park on Broad Street and Stone St. Constructed in 1930, the 36-story brick masonry building was recently refurbished with renovated elevators, building systems and an updated lobby.
