111 Kent Gets New California-Based Ownership

NEW YORK—California-based American Realty Advisors has acquired 111 Kent, a 62-unit luxury apartment complex in Brooklyn.

Completed in late 2011, the 100 percent-leased property, located in the Williamsburg neighborhood, offers residents 9-ft. ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and private balconies/terraces in the majority of units.

On-site amenities include a fitness center and yoga room, pool and roof deck with 360-degree views, private storage lockers, tenant lounge area/game room and garage parking.

Developed by Stellar Management and Largo Investments with Michael Muroff serving as architect, 111 Kent is located within walking distance to public transportation and provides views of midtown.
