Kings Day Care Takes 15,000 Sq. Ft. on Delancey

NEW YORK—Kings Day Care Center has signed a 10-year, 15,000-sq.-ft. lease at 38 Delancey Street. Michael Chen, director of Asian market developments of BOND New York, represented the landlord, Yang Tze River Realty Corp., in the transaction.

The tenant was represented by Stanley J. Piesh, managing director at Prime Realty.

Kings Day Care Center, doing business as Queensboro Day Care Center, offers adult daycare programming for seniors. The center will occupy space on 38 Delancey Street’s second floor.

Chen serves as the exclusive commercial space broker for the new, 15-floor condo building, which totals 45,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The property offers indoor parking and 55 condo apartments in addition to its commercial space.
