NEW YORK—Kleban Properties has purchased 987 Boston Post Road in Darien, Conn. for $7.6 million. Matthew F. Keefe and David P. Lindland of HK Group were the sole brokers for the sale of the Brooks Brothers retail store, which totals 9,837 sq. ft. of retail space.
