Local Investor Picks Up 208 Fifth Ave. for $3.9M

NEW YORK–A local investor focused on retail real estate has purchased 208 Fifth Ave. for $3.9 million. Hilly Soleiman of Besen Retail was the exclusive listing agent and represented the seller, while Iris Rossano of Besen & Associates represented the purchaser.

Also known as 1130 Broadway, 208 Fifth Ave. is comprised of 3,700 sq. ft. of retail space and includes three commercial units.

Constructed in 1915 and located between West 25th and 26th streets, the property is across from Madison Square Park in the Flatiron/NoMad neighborhood.

The retail co-op unit includes three spaces on the ground floor and includes mezzanine space and a full basement.
