L’Occitane To Expand into Larger Storefront on Upper East Side

NEW YORK—L’Occitane en Provence, a natural, organic ingredient-based cosmetics and products manufacturer and retailer, has signed a lease for 700 sq. ft. of space at 1126 Third Ave.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail’s Jeffrey D. Roseman, executive vice president, and Jason Maurer, managing director, represented the landlord, JEM 6 Realty, in the transaction. Crown Retail Services represented L’Occitane.

Located between 65th and 66th streets, L’Occitane is expanding from its existing location at 1188 Third Ave.
