Majorica Renews Lease at 366 Fifth Avenue

NEW YORK—Majorica has renewed its lease at the New York Accessories Exchange building, located at 366 Fifth Avenue for an additional 10 years. Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP represented Majorica in this transaction. Rick J. Brickell, director of leasing and management at NYAE, represented 366 Fifth Avenue.

Majorica takes up residence at 366 Fifth Avenue’s fifth floor where it occupies 4,600 sq. ft. of space.

366 Fifth Avenue is situated at Fifth Avenue and 35th Street, with easy access to Grand Central Station, Port Authority and Penn Station. The building contains high, exposed slab ceilings, oversized windows overlooking Fifth Avenue and wooden floors throughout. The building’s penthouse, currently available for lease, includes a terrace and rooftop access.

Tenants at the building include Fossil, Erica Lyons, Bueno of California and more.

Majorica has been making organic pearl jewelry from the island of Majorca, Spain since 1890 and established its market in the U.S. in 1917. The company has been located at its 366 Fifth Avenue address since 1989. Majorica is sold in department stores and jewelry stores around the world.
