Marcus & Millichap Sells Two Brooklyn Multifamily Properties for Combined Total of $7M

NEW YORK—Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed on the sale of two multifamily apartment properties in Brooklyn.

These transactions include:

• The sale of 16-18 Bedford Ave., a seven-unit property, which sold for $3.6 million. Marcus & Millichap’s Matthew Fotis, investment specialist, Shaun Riney and Michael Salvatico exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a fund manager, was secured and represented by Riney, Fotis and Salvatico.

• The sale of 442 Decatur Street, a 32-unit apartment property, which sold for approximately $3.4 million. Luke Sproviero and Derek Bestreich, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Brooklyn office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and also represented by Bestreich and Sproviero.
