Massey Knakal Closes More Than $65M in Dispositions Throughout NYC

NEW YORKMassey Knakal has sold more than $65 million worth of properties throughout New York recently.

These transactions include:

• The $33.5 million disposition of a block-through development site located at 321-325 West 35th Street and 320-328 West 36th Street in Manhattan’s Garment Center. The combined existing square footage for the buildings is approximately 25,000 sq. ft. and, based upon the zoning district, a building of approximately 165,000 sq. ft. could be constructed on the site. Massey Knakal’s Bob Knakal, chairman, and David Kalish, director of sales, exclusively led the transaction.

• The $19.3 million disposition of six mixed-use properties in Manhattan, comprised of 122 Nassau Street; 20 John Street; 53 Nassau Street; 8-10 Liberty Ave.; 16-18 Maiden Lane; and 20 Beaver Street. Knakal and Nick Petkoff, director of sales, exclusively handled the transaction.

• The $12.2 million disposition of a retail condominium at 383-391 Amsterdam Ave. (172 West 79th Street), located on the corner of Amsterdam Avenue and West 79th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Massey Knakal First Vice President of Sales Guthrie Garvin exclusively handled this transaction with SVP of sales Paul B. Smadbeck.
