Merchant Cash and Capital Signs 22,400SF Lease, Brings 450/460 Park Ave. to Full Occupancy

NEW YORK—Merchant Cash and Capital has signed a 22,400-sq.-ft., long-term lease at 450/460 Park Ave. South. Located between East 30th and 31st streets in Manhattan, the property is fully leased with the closing of this latest lease.

The lease is an expansion for Merchant Cash and Capital, which is the building’s second-largest tenant.

Jovani Rampersad, commercial leasing director for The Moinian Group negotiated the lease on behalf of the owner, while Ira Rovitz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.

Standing 12 stories high and containing 180,000 sq. ft., 450/460 Park Ave. offers access to Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station and is in close proximity to public transportation.

Other tenants at the property include Office Links, Mimeo.com and Deep Focus.
