Nest Fragrances Leases Full Floor at 3 East 54th Street for U.S. HQs

NEW YORKNest Fragrances has leased the entire fifth floor at Charles S. Cohen’s 3 East 54th Street to serve as the luxury home fragrance company’s U.S. headquarters. In total, the company will occupy 15,229 sq. ft. of space when it relocates to its new offices early next year.

The Cushman & Wakefield team of Bruce Mosler and David Glassman, together with Marc Horowitz of Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., represented the building owner in the 10-year, long-term lease agreement. Clark Finney and Cynthia Foster of Cushman & Wakefield represented Nest Fragrances.

Nest Fragrances was founded by Laura Slatkin in 2008. The collection of scented candles was debuted at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and fine specialty stores worldwide.
