TV Network nuvoTV Takes Space at 501 Seventh Ave.

NEW YORK—nuvoTV, an English-language television network, has leased 5,449 sq. ft. at W&H Properties’ 501 Seventh Ave., which is supervised by Malkin Holdings. Jamie Katcher of Cushman & Wakefield represented nuvoTV in the lease negotiations, while Harry Blair, Sean Kearns and Kelli Mekles of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

Located at West 37th Street, 501 Seventh Ave. is comprised of 18 stories and contains 500,000 sq. ft. The property offers convenient access to the Long Island Railroad, N.J. Transit, the Port Authority and the PATH, as well as subway and bus lines. The property recently underwent a $53 million upgrade that included a renovated lobby, elevators and windows, as well as upgraded building systems.

nuvoTV is an independent network created more than eight years ago that reaches more than 30 million homes. Available in most major U.S. markets, including New York, Los Angeles, Miami and Chicago, among others, the network’s distribution partners include AT&T U-verse, Comcast, Cox, Dish Network, Time Warner Cable and Verizon FiOS.
