NEW YORK—1 Bite Mediterranean has signed a 10-year, 3,600-sq.-ft. lease at 875 Third Avenue. Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, executive vice president, along with associate Dawn R. Ferrer of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Group has arranged the lease for the tenant. The landlord’s broker was Cushman & Wakefield. The previous tenants were Sebastians and Fisher & Levy.
The 875 Third Avenue location marks 1 Bite Mediterranean’s second midtown location for the brand, which is owned by NY F&B Services LLC, a catering and hospitality group that is also responsible for Dardanel Mediterranean & Seafood, Doner & Hummus Mediterranean Gourmet Café & Catering, 3 Sixty Stir and 7 Green & Grain.
"1 Bite Mediterranean will provide an important amenity for the people working in the building and throughout the area," said Consolo. "We anticipate that it will set an important benchmark for concourse level restaurants, with the additional benefit of catering services."
