Phoenix Group Advisors Expands Office at 370 Lexington Ave., Moves to Second Floor

NEW YORKStaffing agency the Phoenix Group Advisors Inc. has expanded its offices to 3,500 sq. ft. at Sherwood Equities’ 370 Lexington Ave., located between 40th and 41st streets in Midtown. Sherwood Equities’ Jill Burrowes and Adam Weissleder represented itself in the transaction.

The Phoenix Group originally moved into the 10th floor at the building in 2009.

Because of the tenant’s growth, Sherwood Equities modified space on the property’s second floor and reconfigured the space to meet the Phoenix Group’s needs.

Sherwood Equities is a New York City-based privately held real estate investment and development company and counts 2 Times Square, 1 Times Square and 1600 Broadway as part of its portfolio.
