Queens Multifamily Property Sells for $10.1M

NEW YORK—A mixed-use building located at 14-34 100th Street in Queens was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $10.1 million. Massey Knakal’s Stephen Preuss, first vice president of sales, exclusively handled the transaction with Evan Daniel, director of sales.

Completed in 2006, the building is comprised of seven stories and includes 34 residential units, 23,585 sq. ft. of commercial office space, a 12,000-sq.-ft. lobby and 95 parking spaces.

Located on the College Point waterfront of Flushing Bay, 14-34 100th Street has six two-bedroom units, 24 one-bedroom unit and four studio units. Each apartment has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; 12 units have outdoor terraces.

Residents at the property have access to the building’s gym, laundry room on each floor, storage room and roof deck.
