RKF Secures Flagship Location for The Juice Press

NEW YORK CITY—RKF recently secured the largest flagship store for raw juice and smoothie bar brand The Juice Press at One Jackson Square (also known as 122 Greenwich Ave.).

The 2,088-sq.-ft. location, consisting of 1,570 sq. ft. on the ground floor and 518 sq. ft. in the basement, is situated at the base of the new 11-story LEED-certified residential condominium in Greenwich Village. The organic, cold-pressed juice store is scheduled to open this summer.

RKF executive vice president Karen Bellantoni and director Pamela Haber arranged the retail lease on behalf of The Fresh Press d/b/a The Juice Press, while also representing ownership, American Realty Capital New York Recovery REIT Inc., in this transaction.

The Juice Press offers a range of 100 percent organic cold pressed juices, as well as gourmet superfood smoothies, raw food entrees, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Established in 2010, the New York-based raw juice and smoothie bar currently operates four locations including 70 East 1st St. and 279 East 10th St. in the East Village, 1050 Third Ave. on the Upper East Side and 250 Mott St. in NoHo.
