Savitt Partners Named Leasing Agent for The Galleria

NEW YORK CITY—Savitt Partners has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent to market up to four full floors of office space, totaling 50,000 sq. ft., at The Moinian Group’s office tower The Galleria at 115 East 57th Street.

The Savitt Partners team of Michael Dubin, partner; Elliot Zelinger, managing director; and Harlan Cygielman, associate, will work closely with The Moinian Group’s Jake Mansher, commercial leasing director, and Gregg Weisser, executive managing director, in spearheading the marketing efforts.

Tenants taking multiple floors can create a building within a building at The Galleria, including their own private lobby. The Galleria features a nine-story atrium and an interior parking garage with an entrance at 58th Street. The four floors are available for immediate occupancy.
