The Sheffield Achieves 75 Percent Sold

NEW YORK CITY—The Sheffield, a luxury condominium, is now over 75 percent sold, according to The Marketing Directors Inc. There have been 30 sales at the building since December with sales prices reaching over $2,000 price per sq. ft.

There are three residences remaining in the limited edition penthouse collection. The penthouses feature large open floor plans with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of Central Park and the Hudson River. The Marketing Directors Inc. is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the building.

The Sheffield is comprised of studio to four-bedroom residences ranging from 571 to 3,417 sq. ft. and priced from $775,000 to $7.6 million. The penthouse collection offers three bedroom homes starting at $4,695,000. Unique residence features include floor-to-ceiling windows and views of Central Park, the Hudson River and the New York City skyline.

The Sheffield is staffed with a 24-hour doorman. A concierge service is available to assist residents. The Sheffield also houses Fresh Direct Preferred Delivery, bicycle storage and a pet spa. Additionally, the Sky Club, The Sheffield’s collection of lifestyle amenities, will feature two social lounges, children’s play room, private glass enclosed swimming pool with outdoor sundeck, roof deck with barbeque grills, state-of-the-art fitness center with Pilates/Yoga studio and spa.
