SoulCycle Opens First Brooklyn Location

NEW YORK—SoulCycle, an indoor cycling boutique, a subsidiary of Equinox, has signed a 4,300-sq.-ft. lease on the ground floor of 184 Kent Ave. in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood. The deal marks the first SoulCycle location in Brooklyn.

TerraCRG’s Geoffrey Bailey, VP of retail services, represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

SoulCycle will be occupying space at 184 Kent Ave., which is a new 340-unit residential building that offers 18,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Other retailers include Pure Cleaners, Pudge Knuckles and La Nonna.

“SoulCycle coming to Williamsburg shows that retailers are acknowledging the amazing opportunities available to them due to the sizable growth in residential tenancy,” said Bailey.
