SpotCo Relocates NYC Offices to 41st Street

NEW YORK—SpotCo, an entertainment and arts advertising company, has signed a 23,402-sq.-ft. lease to relocate its New York offices to 114 West 41st Street, between Broadway and 6th Avenue where it will occupy the entire 18th floor and part of the 17th floor in the Times Square office building.

The company is relocated from its current space at 512 7th Ave.

Cushman & Wakefield, led by Carri Lyon and Mark Mandell represented SpotCo in the long-term transaction. Tara Stacom, David E. Green, Peter Alden and Ashlea Aaron served as exclusive leasing agent of the office building and represented the landlord. The attorneys that represented both sides in the transaction include J. Goodwin Bland of Bingham McCutchen LLP for SpotCo and Mitchell N. Baron of Goulston & Storrs for the landlord.

The property to which SpotCo is relocating recently completed a $7 million capital improvement program that included a new retail façade and pass-through lobby and rotunda.
