SRS Real Estate Partners Negotiates Lease for West Elm

SCARSDALE—West Elm, a division of Williams-Sonoma Inc., has signed a lease to open a 7,401-sq.-ft. store at Vernon Hills Shopping Center, facilitated by SRS Real Estate Partners.

This will be West Elm’s first store in Westchester County and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2012. Patrick A. Smith and Erin Grace, CCIM, represented the landlord, Vernon Hills Shopping Center LLC., and Mark Finklestein of Retail Strategies represented West Elm in the transaction.

Vernon Hills is anchored by Lord & Taylor, Brooks Brother’s, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Talbot’s, Athleta, American Eagle and Gap.
