First Sterling Parc Building Fully Leased; Applications for Additional Buildings Being Accepted

NEW YORKLivingston, N.J.-based Sterling Properties has announced that the first building of its Sterling Parc residential community in Middletown is fully leased. The company is accepting applications for its second and third buildings at the community, which will total 192 residences upon completion.

Sterling Parc offers five floor plans with one- and two-bedroom options. Some floor plans include a study. Each unit is outfitted with balcony, high ceilings, hardwood floors on the unit’s first floor and carpet on the second and third floors; shaker-style wood kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop and ceramic tile kitchen floors. Kitchens also include stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher and a self-cleaning gas range with microwave.

Other features in the home include ceramic tile baths, washer and dryer and individual HVAC control. Each building has a secured private entrance.

Residents at Sterling Parc have access to clubhouse, fitness center, and billiards room and business center. Rents at the community start at approximately $1,300 per month.

Future amenities planned for the community, include an outdoor pool, patio and a bike/walking path.

Located close to Interstate 84 and minutes from Route 17 and US 6, Sterling Parc offers access to public transportation and the Middletown Train Station.
