Tir Na Nog Takes 12,000 Sq. Ft. for New Pub on 39th

NEW YORKTir Na Nog, an Irish pub and restaurant chain, has opened a new location totaling 12,000 sq. ft. at 315 West 39th Street. Handler Real Estate Organization’s Scott Galin, principal, represented the landlord in the transaction.

The location is the restaurant’s second New York City location. The restaurant will occupy 7,000 sq. ft. of space with the remaining 5,000 sq. ft. being basement space for operations.

Tir Na Nog combines an Irish pub experience with New American cuisine. Each Tir Na Nog location includes architectural pieces, furniture and accessories from churches and castles from Ireland.
