NEW YORK—Tri Play Inc. has signed a three-year, 3,200-sq.-ft. lease at 902 Broadway. Michael Hymowitz of Adams and Co. Real Estate LLC represented the tenant in the transaction, while Cushman and Wakefield’s Tyler McNeil represented the landlord, H3 Hardy Collaboration Architecture LLC.
“The Flatiron is the perfect location for tech and multimedia companies such as Tri Play,” said Hymowitz. “Not only are there many similar companies in the area, this neighborhood has wonderful amenities that attract a great clientele.”
Tri Play, Inc. is a multimedia-sharing platform that was founded in 2004.
