United Realty Partners Appoints Senior Acquisition Team

NEW YORK CITY—United Realty Partners has assembled the firm's senior acquisition team, led by Stephen Tober and Jesse Stein, both named executive vice presidents of acquisitions.

The new team, working closely with United Realty's founders Jacob Frydman and Eli Verschleiser, will source and evaluate commercial real estate investments consistent with the firm's dual strategy of acquiring stable cash-producing properties as well as distressed properties that can potentially bring higher returns for investors.

Tober has nearly a decade of real estate and private equity experience, having served most recently as vice president of Hudson-York Capital, a boutique private equity and real estate development firm. Prior to Hudson-York, he spent several years as vice president of White Acre Equities, a New York-based real estate investment firm where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, as well as overseeing property management. Stephen holds a B.B.A from James Madison University's College of Business.

Stein is an investment professional with expertise in property acquisition, asset valuation and capital structuring. Prior to joining United Realty, he was the director of acquisitions at Multi Capital Group, a boutique investment banking firm that specializes in the real estate capital markets including debt and equity underwriting. Stein holds a B.A. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an M.A. in Real Estate Investments from New York University.
