NEW YORK—An office building at 155 West 46th Street has been sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $8.38 million. The sale price equates to approximately $652 per sq. ft.
Massey Knakal’s John Ciraulo, partner and chairman, and Bob Knakal, chairman, handled the transaction.
