NEW YORK—National Real Estate Investor has launched the latest upgrade of its industry-leading Web site, NREIonline.com. The new site extends the brand’s capabilities, showcases exclusive NREI content and will serve as a launching pad for further online content and services.
"NREI has been the commercial real estate industry's number one source of in-depth content and reporting and this commitment will continue through the new NREIonline.com," says Practice Leader Jonathan A. Schein.
“I'm excited about our redesign. It was built with our online users at the forefront and provides a more comprehensive experience,” adds NREI Publisher Marianne Rivera. “It demonstrates our commitment to bringing our readers the latest commercial real estate news. And I’m especially pleased with the interactive presentation of our rankings, which are not found anywhere in the industry.”
At the new NREIonline.com, readers will find a wealth of content updated throughout the day. The News section features reporting and analysis of the trends shaping how deals are getting done throughout the commercial real estate industry.
The Deals tab is where you’ll find a steady stream of coverage from markets around the country of leases, financings, and property sales. You’ll also find coverage categorized by Markets and Regions throughout the nation, with special focus on four markets where NREI currently offers daily newsletters: California, New York, New Jersey and the Midwest. The site also offers extensive coverage by every Property Type, including hotels, industrial, medical office, mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, self storage, seniors housing, single-family housing and student housing. We also bring you People, where you’ll find the latest hiring and promotion announcements, interviews with key figures and commentaries.
NREI has always striven to provide best-in-class Rankings. We compile 13 rankings throughout the course of the year. Now this is sortable on the site and many of the rankings include additional in-depth information provided by respondents. That’s all part of the Research and Data section that also features Charts, Webinars, White Papers and the NREI/Marcus & Millichap Investor Sentiment Index.
The new site also expands our multimedia capabilities, including featuring easy to use Photo Galleries and slideshows and Video coverage of the industry. And for from us, check our Blogs for thoughts from Practice Leader Jonathan A. Schein, Managing Editor and Green Real Estate Strategies Editor Susan Piperato, Senior Associate Editor Elaine Misonzhnik and me.
The new NREIonline.com also allows for deep user engagement, including the ability to upload your own stories through our Readers Write platform as well as comment on all content. Click here to register for an account on the site and find out how you can contribute.
