WOODRIDGE, IL – Morgan / Harbour Construction is pleased to announce that construction is underway on a new 485,500 square foot speculative warehouse and distribution facility on behalf of CenterPoint Properties in Joliet, Illinois.
Located at CenterPoint Way and Millsdale Road, the new facility will include 56 loading docks with the ability to accommodate another 55 docks as well as two drive-in doors. The new property will feature 32’ clear ceiling heights and parking for 218 cars and 133 trailers.

Ben Warriner, vice president of construction for Morgan / Harbour is the project executive and Scott Staros is the project manager. Cornerstone Architects is providing the architectural services. The facility is slated for completion in December 2013.
