NorthMarq arranges $25 million in financing for 480-unit apartment complex

PLANO, Texas – Minneapolis-based NorthMarq Capital Inc. has arranged $25 million in permanent financing for the 480-unit Legends at Ridgeview Ranch on behalf of FF Plano Ridgeview Partner Ltd., Plano, Texas. The Class-A apartment complex is located on 33.8 acres near a golf course and was built in 1999.

Legends at Ridgeview Ranch comprises 48 2-story apartment buildings and a 1-story leasing/clubhouse building. NorthMarq’s William L. Jackson, senior vice president and managing director, and Stephen C. Whitehead, assistant vice president and producer, arranged the transaction.
