When completed, the project will feature 1 million sq. ft. of retail and restaurants, 1 million sq. ft. of class-A office space, 2,500 luxury residential units and two boutique hotels.
Five Star Development Group will build a $150 million, 2.1-million-sq.-ft. mixed-use campus in El Paso, Texas. The LEED-certified project will be completed in the second quarter of 2008.
