East Coast Buyer Inks $26 Million Deal to Purchase Renaissance Grand Hotel

The St. Louis Business Journal has learned that there is a buyer for the 917-room Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel downtown. The buyer, 800 Washington LLC, was formed to purchase the hotel from the bondholders who own it. Douglas Greene, is managing director for Potomac, Md.-based Haberhill LLC, which will serve as the operating partner.
