Keith Lindsay has joined Orco Property Group's hospitality division as CEO. Orco is an investor, developer and asset manager in the Central European real estate and hospitality market. Lindsay will oversee operations and asset management of all hotel properties and new investments. Previously, he served as head of hospitality for AIG Global Real Estate.

Jim McCartney has joined Cohen Financial as chief underwriter. He will oversee capital markets analysts, underwriting professionals and resources needed to support the firm's flow of transactions. Previously, McCartney served as vice president for Merrill Lynch Capital.

Michael Holl has joined ARC Properties as vice president of site acquisition, targeting sites in the Northeast. He will be located in the firm's Clifton, N.J. office and will be responsible for land acquisitions tied to new potential development projects. Previously, Holl worked with Jeffery Realty.

Dick Hecker has joined GVA Williams as a first vice president. He be responsible for oversight of the firm's industrial and office markets in Bergen County, N.J. Previously, Hecker served as senior director of acquisitions and originations for Palisades Financial.
