Bruce Ford has joined Transwestern as executive vice president. He is based in the Atlanta office and will be responsible for the firm's business development efforts in new leasing, management and investment sales assignments and sustainability services in the Southeast. Previously, Ford served as regional president of GVA Advantis.
Frederick Mehlman has joined New York-based GFI Management Services as chief executive officer. He will be responsible for the firm's operations, asset management and accounting functions. Previously, Mehlman worked for Maxx Properties and was responsible for a portfolio of 14,000 units.
Darren Dahlman has joined CB Richard Ellis Investors as a senior director on the strategic partners U.S. team in Los Angeles. He will be responsible for office acquisition, leasing and operations in the western U.S. Previously, Dahlman was leasing director for McCarthy Cook & Co.
Bob Campbell has joined health care real estate firm Lillibridge as vice president of development in the Atlanta office. He will coordinate efforts to develop health care facilities. Previously, Campbell served as project executive for Marshall Erdman & Associates.
