Robert Buente has joined non-profit affordable housing developer 1010 Development Corp. as president and CEO in Los Angeles. Previously, Buente served as managing partner for Trafford Associates, a development and consulting firm specializing in the acquisition and development of affordable multi-housing communities throughout Southern California. Steve Evans has joined KBS Realty Advisors as senior vice president and director of acquisitions for the Middle Atlantic region based in Washington, D.C. Previously, he served as senior vice president for Carr Properties, where he was responsible for investment and asset management.
Terrence O'Hara has joined Lee & Associates as vice president in the firm's Chicago office. The industrial broker has completed more than 1,000 transactions. Previously, he served as principal of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate Services, which he also founded in 2002.
Michael Zimmerman has been promoted to vice president of investments of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office. He specializes in brokering retail properties. Zimmerman began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2004.
