David Keiran has joined Marcus Partners, a Boston-based real estate investment firm, as principal and chief financial officer. Keiran will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities and managing investor relations. Previously, Keiran served as senior vice president and director of investor relations for New Boston Fund.

Larry Mendez has been promoted to senior vice president in Transwestern's San Antonio office. He will work with the firm's leasing team on leasing and business development. He has closed more than 240 transactions totaling over 1 million sq. ft. since he joined the firm seven years ago.

Michael Malloy has joined KBS Capital Markets Group as regional vice president of the Desert Mountain Region, responsible for sales. Previously, he was regional vice president for AXA Equitable of New York, where he was in charge of sales for the Western region.

Andrea Bills has joined McShane Development Co. as vice president in the firm's corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Ill. Bills will focus on expanding the firm's real estate development activities. Previously, she was vice president of business development at Valencia Group.
