MFR Partners has acquired the Old Market Lofts Building for approximately $30.6 million from NuStyle Development. The Old Market Lofts Building is located in Omaha, Neb. and contains 266 apartments and 36,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space. The property includes a six-story indoor atrium, interior waterfall, 133 underground parking spots and a rooftop deck, which features a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and exercise facility.

McSam Hotel Group has acquired Northwoods Resort and Conference Center for $12.5 million from WWW Asset One Corp. The property is a 148-room hotel in Big Bear, Calif., and is the largest hotel in Big Bear Lake. Built in 1995, the four-story hotel sits on 4.77 acres in the business district, near Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. Northwoods Resort and Conference Center includes Stillwells Restaurant and Lounge, and an amphitheatre.

65 Messina Drive has acquired East Farm Village Apartments from East Haven Real Estate Associates LP for $21.1 million. East Farm Village is located in East Haven, Conn. and is situated on 7.67 acres. The property is comprised of two buildings, including a 204-unit mid-rise and a 36-unit mid-rise. Property amenities include three elevators, community rooms, library, game room, patio and outdoor seating areas.
