Hibernia Management Group has been named receiver of the $44 million Zanjero Falls Corporate Oasis development at 91st and Glendale avenues in Glendale, Ariz. The commercial project is set on 20 acres and the developed portion of the office condominium project contains a total of 145,000 sq. ft. of space. Las Vegas-based Investments Equity began developing the project in July 2007. Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona will manage the property.

CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust and Duke Realty Corp. have acquired a portfolio of three Class-A single tenant buildings, which was wholly owned by Duke, for $41 million. The properties include 22535 Colonial Parkway, a 89,750 sq. ft. office building in Houston; Celebration Office Center III, a three-story office building in Orlando; and Fairfield Distribution Center IX, is a 136,212 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Tampa. The properties are all fully occupied.
