Wereldhave USA Sells United States Mint Building in Washington for $147.5M

Wereldhave USA sold 801 9th Street NW, a 236,054-sq.-ft. class-A office building in Washington, D.C., to NSP Ventures for $147.5 million.

United States Mint occupies the entire building on a triple net lease basis with a term that won’t expire until September 2019. The eight-story property provides Level III security and a 190-space underground parking garage. It is also located in close proximity to the Gallery Place Metro Station, the New Convention Center and the Verizon Center.
