Greg Wattson has joined Opus West Corp. as vice president of retail development for the western region. He will oversee retail development opportunities in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah, and coordinate with parent firm Opus Corp. on retail development strategy. Earlier, Wattson was senior vice president of retail for Trammell Crow.

Jim Adams joins the Boston office of UGL Equis as senior vice president. With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Adams will contribute to office leasing, sales negotiations, market research and risk and feasibility analysis. Earlier, he worked at brokerage firms including Meredith & Grew.

William Cassidy joins Newmark Knight Frank Capital Group's structured finance department as managing director. He will be responsible for arranging capital solutions for clients. With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he has expertise in originating, structuring and closing loans.

Denise Novak has been promoted to chief financial officer of The Hampshire Cos. She will be responsible for financial planning and reporting as well as managing and analyzing the financial risks for the company. Previously, Novak served as fund controller for the firm's institutional fund.
