Greg Wattson has joined Opus West Corp. as vice president of retail development for the western region. He will oversee retail development opportunities in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah, and coordinate with parent firm Opus Corp. on retail development strategy. Earlier, Wattson was senior vice president of retail for Trammell Crow.
