Anna McGivaren has been promoted to vice president of Cronheim Mortgage. She will be responsible for managing existing transactions and developing new business. Since joining the firm in 2004, McGivaren has underwritten and closed more than $1.37 billion in commercial mortgage financing. She earned a master's degree from the London School of Economics in 2003.

Jeffrey Johnson has joined Transwestern Investment Co. as managing director and chief investment officer. He will direct acquisition and asset management. Previously, he served as chief investment officer for Equity Office Properties Trust. Johnson holds an MBA from Northwestern University.

Andrew Bibby has been promoted to CEO of Grosvenor Americas, responsible for the U.S. and Canadian operations' international property development, investment and fund management group. Bibby joined Grosvenor in 1984, and has relocated from Vancouver, B.C. to San Francisco.

Richard Kimball has joined GVA Worldwide as president and CEO of North American operations. He is responsible for leading business development efforts and key brokerage activities in support of GVA firms in the United States and Canada. He will also drive market growth.
