Jack Hannum has joined Transwestern's Investment Services Group as vice president. He will be responsible for the disposition of multifamily properties with 100 or more units and work closely with private and institutional clients. Previously, Hannum served as senior vice president and lead financial analyst with the CB Richard Ellis multifamily team.

Jeffrey Karp has rejoined Eastern Consolidated as director. He will represent buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of property including commercial, hospitality and development sites. Previously, Karp served as a special counsel with New York-based law firm Kelley Drye & Warren.

Todd Fremont-Smith has been promoted to senior vice president of development and director of mixed-use projects for Nordblom Co. He will oversee development and leasing. Previously, he developed property on behalf of corporate users and real estate investors.

Michael Murray has joined Hersha Hospitality Management as COO. He will be responsible for all of the firm's operational functions at the corporate and property levels. Previously, Murray served as operations leader with Sage Hospitality Resources.
