Peggy Walker has joined Dominium, a Minneapolis-based firm that owns, develops and manages apartment communities, as vice resident of property management. She will be responsible for managing newly closed development transactions in California and Texas. Previously, Walker had served as the director of operations with NRP Management.
Dominic Petrucci has joined Newport Beach, Calif.-based Buchanan Street Partners as chief financial officer. He will oversee corporate finance, investment accounting and information technology. Previously, he was chief operating officer of Cornerstone Real Estate Funds.
