Peter DiCorpo has joined CB Richard Ellis Investors as chief operating officer. He will be responsible for the global execution of the company's business plan and oversight of day-to-day business operations. Previously, DiCorpo worked for AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp. in various capacities including chief administrative officer.

Jeffrey Kaye has joined Gotham Organization as vice president of development. He will be responsible for managing Gotham's existing projects and cultivating new development opportunities. Previously, Kaye was a principal and founder of Sterling Kaye Development located in Manhattan.

Nick Rossini has joined UGL Equis as senior vice president in the company's Dallas office. He will be responsible for transaction work, as well as assisting with the implementation of key company initiatives, such as growth. Previously, Nick served as managing partner with Mohr Partners.

Andre Koleszar has been promoted to vice president and regional officer of Regency Centers. He will be in charge of the property management and leasing departments for 36 properties and four new developments under construction. Koleszar began with Regency in 2005.
