Against this challenging economic backdrop, National Real Estate Investor, Retail Traffic and Marcus & Millichap are conducting the third quarterly Investor Sentiment study that measures confidence on a host of trends including property valuations, effective rents, acquisition and disposition strategies, as well as employment.
