Lynn Schenck has joined Jones Lang LaSalle in St. Louis as executive vice president. A 28-year industry veteran, she will be responsible for growing and leading the firm's brokerage business, focusing her efforts on landlord and tenant representation. Previously, Schenck served as senior vice president with brokerage giant CB Richard Ellis.

Mike Memoly has been promoted to CFO of LBA Realty, a real estate investment and management firm based in Irvine, Calif. He will oversee the accounting, tax, investor reporting and relations groups as well as the human resources department. Earlier, Memoly served as chief accounting officer.

Alex Preiser has been promoted to president of real estate for Quintess, LRW, based in Broomfield, Colo. He will be responsible for managing all aspects of real estate acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. Earlier, Preiser practiced law at the firm Johnson & Repucci LLP.

Dana Howland has joined Marcus & Millichap as a senior associate in the firm's Salt Lake City office. He will be responsible for brokering the sale of office properties. Howland served as a principal broker and real estate developer at OMNI Realty & Development.
