MORRISTOWN, NJ – G.S. Wilcox & Co. announced today that they have arranged financings totaling $15,920,000 arranged by Gretchen S. Wilcox, President and Al Raymond, Principal of G.S. Wilcox & Co. Two loans totaling $6,500,000 were made with Great West benefiting Hartz Mountain.
The loans were for a single-tenant, 61,220 square foot warehouse building located at 125 Seaview Drive, Secaucus, NJ and as well as a single-tenant, 58,736 square foot warehouse building located at 140 Seaview Drive, Secaucus, NJ.
Genworth provided financing for the third transaction benefiting Fidelco for a 91,722 square foot, mixed use office/retail property located at 225 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, NJ.
The subject property involved a $9,420,000 refinance. G.S.
