GAS Distomo has acquired Crossroads Entertainment Center from 26 Del Sur Crossroads I LLC for $25.5 million. The 90,879 sq. ft. regional retail center anchored by Harkins Theatres is located in Chino Hills, Calif. The center, which is 98% occupied, includes a mix of regional and national tenants including Z Pizza and Kiku Sushi. Faris Lee Investments represented the seller and Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer.

Bethlehem LVCC Associates LP has acquired a five-building office portfolio from Liberty Property Trust for an undisclosed amount. The portfolio is currently 91% occupied and situated in Lehigh Valley Corporate Center, a 175-acre master-planned development with over 629,000 sq. ft. of Class-A office space in 23 buildings located in the Lehigh Valley office market of Wayne, Pa. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has arranged $36.5 million in financing for 1300 Connecticut Avenue, a 125,885 sq. ft., Class-A office building in Washington, D.C. HFF directors Cary Abod in Washington, D.C. and Brian Carlton in Dallas worked exclusively on behalf of Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust to secure the seven-year, fixed-rate loan with National Life Insurance Co. Loan proceeds were used to acquire the $63.6 million property.
