Names in the News: December 2010

Ted Jokerst has been promoted to senior vice president of Welsh Capital, based in Minnetonka, Minn. He will oversee day-to-day operations and strategy. Jokerst joined Welsh in 2005 as vice president and director of finance for WelshInvest and Welsh Capital, where he held responsibility for loan acquisitions and financial management.

Sameena Mustafa Basit has joined the Chicago-based firm of Bradford Allen Realty Services as managing director. Basit specializes in tenant advisory services in Chicago and has advised clients in the non-profit, education, engineering, information technology, and finance sectors.

Judy Hoffman has been promoted to chief of corporate operations for Trigild, a growing San Diego-based distressed-property management, receivership and loan recovery specialist. She will direct and oversee the company's offices and divisions nationwide.

Daniel Mayock has been hired to lead the investment services division of SSH Real Estate in Philadelphia. Mayock has more than 20 years' experience in commercial real estate and has completed more than $1 billion in transactions on behalf of his clients.
