Craig Robbins has been promoted to president of U.S. brokerage services at Colliers International. He will oversee the company's brokerage service lines, focusing on generating new business, recruiting, coaching and partnering with local managing directors and sales professionals. Previously, he held senior leadership positions in the company's financial operations.

Patrick Krejs has been promoted to senior vice president of operations at Regency Centers. He will oversee leasing, shopping center property management and operations in Texas, the Rocky Mountain states, Arizona and the upper Midwest. He joined Regency in 1996 and was a regional Midwest officer.

Andi Lopez has joined Transwestern as vice president of management services for the Southeast. She will be responsible for property management, operations, and accounting and reporting services in South Florida. Earlier, she worked for Colonnade Properties.

Jin Lee has joined Thayer Lodging Group as managing director and chief investment officer. He will be responsible for sourcing, due diligence, negotiating and structuring transactions. Previously, Lee was senior vice president of acquisitions at HEI Hotels & Resorts.
