Water’s Edge Apartment Community in Milwaukie, Ore. Sells for $2.8 Million
SKL Properties LLC has sold Water’s Edge, a 36-unit apartment community in Milwaukie, Ore. for $2.8 million. The buyer was Waters Edge Apartments LLC of Los Gatos, Calif.
Constructed in 1984, Water’s Edge features 32 two-bedroom units, two one-bedroom units, one studio apartment and one three-bedroom unit. The property recently underwent an extensive remodeling project that included a new fitness center, renovated office and unit upgrades.
Water's Edge is located off McLoughlin Boulevard in Milwaukie and is close to public transit, services and shopping.
The Portland office of brokerage firm Hendricks & Partners negotiated the transaction on behalf of seller SKL Properties based in Beaverton, Ore.Acceptable Use Policy blog comments powered by Disqus
